The Harry Gwala District Municipalitys (previously Sisonke District Municipality) is a Category C municipality situated south of KwaZulu-Natal. The district is comprised of four local municipalities: Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, uMzimkhulu, Greater Kokstad and Ubuhlebezwe.
