Chip Crocetti is a Sr. Vice President and co-founder of Sanborn, Head & Associates, with over 25 years experience in a broad range of hydrogeologic, environmental, and remedial projects, in over twenty states and internationally, including twelve Superfund sites. Prior to working in the environmental field, he worked in the petroleum and minerals industries. Chip's particular expertise is in the application of geochemistry to hydrogeological and environmental issues. Recent areas of interest include: characterization and management of urban fill soils; assessment and control of impacts to groundwater due to blasting; the emerging contaminant 1,4-dioxane; and geologic and geochemical influences on the success of ground source heat pump systems. Chip earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College in Earth Sciences, and his Masters and Doctorate from Harvard University in Geological Sciences.

Marc Aubrey is the General Manager of Environmental Soil Management, Inc. (ESMI of NH) in Loudon, NH. Mr. Aubrey is a graduate of UNH with a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in the Environmental Industry. He began his career as an environmental consultant, performing all aspects of environmental site assessment, investigation and remediation. He then worked as an Air Pollution Control Engineer for the NHDES reviewing air permit applications and authoring permits. Marc has been employed at ESMI of NH for 15 years overseeing all aspects of the facility operations.

Keith DuBois is a licensed professional geologist and holds a M.S. in Geology from Boston College and a B.S. in Earth and Space Sciences from the State University of New York at Stonybrook. Keith was appointed as the Assistant Director of the Waste Management Division in 2012 and oversees the Divisions remediation programs. He has 17 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry designing and conducting site assessments, site investigations, remedial investigations at Superfund sites, and implementation of remedial actions at contaminated sites throughout New England. Keith joined the NH DES in August of 2002 as a project manager in the Hazardous Waste Remediation Bureau and managed the Brownfields Program from 2007 to 2012.

Kelly McQueeney, P.E., LSP, LEED AP, is Associate Director Remediation and Project Support Services at Harvard University. Ms. McQueeney provides strategic leadership of environmental issues for construction and remediation projects at Harvard University. She partners with planners, project managers, consultants and contractors to provide a comprehensive understanding of environmental conditions and regulatory requirements to facilitate cost effective solutions.

She is a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, a Licensed Site Professional, and a LEED Accredited Professional. She holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Steve Poggi is the Area Director of Disposal for Waste Managements operations in New England and upstate New York. He has over 30 years in the solid waste business, 27 of them with Waste Management. He is responsible for directing operations at the Companys 11 solid waste landfills, 1 hazardous waste landfill, and 14 transfer stations in the Market Area. Steve oversees the planning, development, construction, and operation at these facilities, and is responsible for P&L, safety, compliance, capital management, operations, and regulatory/community relations.

He previously held positions of District Engineer, District Manager, and Area Engineering Manager for Waste Management with a focus on permitting, development, construction, and operation of landfills, transfer stations, gas recovery plants, recycling operations, and medical waste facilities. Prior to joining Waste Management, he worked for two consulting firms in the solid waste field serving various private and municipal clients. He is a registered Professional Engineer and resides in New Hampshire.

Kate Emma provides environmental engineering and compliance assistance to clients in both the public and private sectors, with projects including contaminated site redevelopment, site characterization, remedial design and implementation, stormwater management and low impact development, environmental permitting, and bid and construction administration. She is experienced in federal and state regulatory frameworks, including Brownfields, TSCA-polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), RCRA, and NPDES. Kate Emma has a degree in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Concentration from the University of Vermont, and is a licensed professional engineer in New Hampshire.

Sarah Weinstein is a Deputy Assistant Commissioner in MassDEP's Bureau of Waste Prevention. Since 1999, she has coordinated policy development on a wide variety of pollution control and prevention issues for this Bureau, and oversees Bureau strategic planning, communications, and clean energy work. In previous MassDEP positions, Ms. Weinstein directed planning and program development for the MassDEP Bureau of Waste Site Cleanup, chaired the Board that licenses "LSPs", private sector experts in site assessment and cleanup, and was a lead author of the Massachusetts Brownfields Law (enacted in 1998). Ms. Weinstein holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and has done graduate work in community planning at the University of Rhode Island.
