以命題實踐課綱精神

在招聯會的111學年度大學多元入學方案通過後，對外發布了未來大學入學考試的

精進方向：「建立新世代面對世界挑戰的能力：大學入學命題將逐漸朝向綜整與基本能

力素養而非片斷的記憶性知識，強調新課綱素養及跨領域之精神。」課綱中所指的「素

養」，強調在教學中以探究、展示、實作等等來實踐，「素養」這個非常抽象的概念，

正努力在臺灣的教育中實踐。同時，負責辦理大學入學考試的大學入學考試中心，也承

擔了以命題實踐課綱精神的重大任務。

大學入學考試中心副主任黃璀娟表示，依國家教育研究院在「核心素養發展手冊」

描述：「核心素養是指一個人為適應現在生活及未來挑戰，所應具備的知識、能力、與

態度。」「不以學科知識為學習的唯一範疇，強調其與情境結合，並在生活中能夠實踐

力行的特質。」黃璀娟表示，大考中心研擬「精進素養」的三大命題重點方向──首先

是「情境化」：以生活情境或學術探究情境作為試題素材。再來是「整合運用能力」：考

察學生是否能夠整合運用知識與技能來處理真實世界或學術探究的問題，包括閱讀理

在未來「精進素養」的教學趨勢引導下，閱讀理

解重要性將再提升，學生必須大量閱讀與理解不

同類型文本。同時，要廣泛接觸重要的生活議題

解、邏輯推論、圖表判讀、批判思考、歷史解釋辨析、資料證據應用等。第三，是「跨領

域或跨學科」：考察學生是否能融會貫通，善用不同領域或學科知識，來處理一個主題

中的相關問題。在這個趨勢引導下，閱讀理解的重要性將再提升，學生必須大量閱讀與

理解不同類型文本。同時，要廣泛接觸重要的生活議題及情境。打破學科界限，「理

解、分析、評價」將取代以往的「劃重點及背誦」，預料可有助於教學現場的活化學習。

語文科：文本的理解與分析 &進一步反思與評價新課綱中高中階段的語文學習，「需大量閱讀與理解不同類型文本，能辨識其中的

重大議題與觀點」，黃璀娟說，文本包括連續與不連續文本，連續文本也就是一篇文

章，如記敘文、應用文、說明文⋯⋯，非連續的文本比如說表格、圖形、示意圖⋯⋯，

學生必須達到：能理解，進一步能夠檢視、分析，再進一步，用原有的知識去反思、去

評價。

數學科：能以觀念和符號進行邏輯思考 &解決問題雖然數學脫離不了運算，但如果只會計算，未必能解決實際生活中遇到的問題。大

考中心期待學生在基本的解題運算以外，能使用學到的數學符號，因果相關的基礎，來

面對真實的世界，解決真實的問題。黃璀娟說，「打個比方，你要去旅遊，會先決定要

去哪裡，像是人文路線或者是自然路線等，確定了旅遊方向後，重要的就是要規劃時

間、經費這些客觀的條件，這個就是數學上的線性規劃。」

自然及社會學科：跨領域跨學科 &主題觀點與論述在自然及社會學科方面，應能對跨領域、跨學科的主題有所認識，如全球化、永續發

展、環境與能源、生物多樣性等，運用所學處理以上主題在不同面向的問題，並了解以上議

題在不同觀點的論述。自然科學議題很常跨越到人文領域。比方說全球化的問題、生態的

問題，涉及到經濟發展背後的生產面，這就屬於社會學科，而一項特定的生產行為，也可能

涉及到物理與化學的知識。所以社會跟自然，黃璀娟表示，是最有可能來做跨領域、跨學

科、跨知識、主題式訓練的科目。所以未來命題，大考中心希望可以精進主題式的試題，評

量學生是否能融會貫通，舉一反三，整合運用。

108 年新課程，「素養」成為最熱門的關鍵字，也許有些老師會疑惑，素養是什麼？又

該如何在教學中實踐？其實，對於「素養」的簡單解釋就是將「學科知識」與「生活情境」

結合，培養學生面向未來變遷社會的知識、技能與態度。例如，「十二年國民教育總綱

Q&A」網頁提及：「核心素養強調多面向的學習，為了培養學生的核心素養，學校教育不

再只以學科知識作為學習的唯一範疇，而是彰顯學習者的主體性，重視學習者能夠運用所

學於生活情境中。」此外，從升學的對應來看，以後無論是生活、時事、情境，甚至非連續

性閱讀的圖表，都會成為常態性的測驗題。

提升閱讀素養，國文教學是重要基礎

如果說，素養的第一步，是從提升閱讀理解開始；那提升閱讀理解的第一步，正是

從國文教學開始！例如，閱讀最基本的「識字」，曾是傳統教育的重要目標之一。而從

任教於國立師範大學國文系，專長為中國文學史

及民間文學。擔任中等教育階段國語文領域教學

研究中心主任，及中央輔導團語文學習領域國語

識字到「寫字」，化口語為文字表達，從文字來雅化口語，一直到清末黃遵憲的「我手

寫我口」、現代新文學運動胡適提出的「國語的文學，文學的國語」，都是以此為根

本。識字、寫字的目的並不是成為一位文學創作者，而是通過識字、字詞的理解才能夠

從事閱讀、進階學習，也才能夠適當表達。由於國民教育普及，我國的識字已臻世界先

進水準。若以海峽對岸為例，他們的法定「脫盲」標準是：農民識1500 字，企業和事

業單位職工、城鎮居民識2000 字，都必須能夠看懂淺顯通俗的報刊、文章，能夠記簡

單的帳目，能夠書寫簡單的應用文。這樣的標準，相當於我國《國語文領綱》的第二、

三學習階段，即國民小學中、高年級學生的國語文水準。九年一貫對於小學教育國語文

領域的理想，也大抵如此。但是，國文教學的目的不僅止於閱讀文本，而要能判斷篇章

的大意、主旨、結構與寓意，進而進行篇章的分析，因此更重要的是建立一套閱讀理解

策略。以國語文領域為例，2014 年，臺灣師大研究團隊針對跨領域共通的閱讀理解教

學策略，提出施行步驟，而各領域發展閱讀策略最積極的「中央輔導團社會領域」，則

從學生的角度另外建議以下策略：

1. 預測：利用文本預期接下來的情節，是否與作者的陳述一致。學生可以學習邊讀邊預

測，檢視自己的理解。

2. 連結：將文本與自己的經驗、背景知識連結或是與其他類似文本串聯，就是做「文－

我」、「文－文」、「文－世界」的連結，目的在擴大文本理解層面。

3. 摘大意：又稱摘要，學生精簡的重述所讀到的訊息。

4. 找主旨：摘出文章大意後，進一步找出文章主要的論點。

5. 作筆記：幫助學生有效組織文章內容以及監督自己的思考歷程與理解程度。

跨領域多元閱讀，提升閱讀理解程度

若單純只是專有名詞等學科基本知識的閱讀，就如同教科書的注釋欄位，屬於知識

記憶，未必有真正多元閱讀的需求。但是在閱讀課文時，試圖理解課文所述的要旨，甚

至有分析、聯想、思辨、探索、應用等必要，那麼閱讀素養的具備與否，就會充分決定

閱讀理解程度的高下。閱讀素養的形成背景有四：天賦資質、語文能力、生活經驗、相

關知識。其中的天賦資質因人而異，無法強求，但是語文能力、生活經驗與相關知識都

可以通過多元閱讀來習得或取得替代。多元閱讀的結果不單只是知識廣博而已，而是能

夠刺激、深化思考。

新舊考招制度比較

111年的大學入學考試，除了考試科

目、範圍、時間有調整之外，申請入學的

時程也有微調，以學測為例，目前第二階

段申請入學的時間，多半安排在3∼4月。

而為了讓高三下學期能完整學習，未來申

請入學的時間，可能延至5、6月才舉辦，

新、舊制度的差異比較，詳見表1的說明。

配合108課綱的實施，教育部已建立

學習歷程資料庫，未來學生需逐學期上傳

學習成果，分項目上傳，並於高三申請入

學時，針對欲申請的校系，整理出自己的

學習歷程，作為審查依據。

測驗範圍與時間

學測的考試科目包括：國文、英文、數學

A、數學B、社會、自然。其中國文考科採分

節施測，分別為「國文（一）：國語文綜合能

力測驗（簡稱國綜）」與「國文（二）：國語

文寫作能力測驗（簡稱國寫）」。

學科能力測驗是以十二年國民基本教育國

民中小學暨普通型高級中等學校各領域課程綱

要為依據，自111學年度起適用學測各考科的

測驗範圍，及各科測驗時間，如表2所示。未

來各科考試時間如有變動，將於考試舉行前兩

111年入學考試的改變

依據「111 學年度起適用之大學多元入學方案」，學科能力測驗旨在評量考生的基

本核心能力，因此，學測英文將以英語文課綱普通型高級中等學校部定必修課程為

測驗範圍。

「111學年度起適用之大學入學考試之考試說明」學科能力測驗 -英文考科之前言：

高級中等學校教育階段，每一冊的應用字彙、認識字彙（不含專有名詞）總量不宜

超過 600 字，教材內生字盡可能選用常用 4,500 字。

「108年國民基本教育課程綱要 (英語文 )」第 28頁：部定必修教材詞彙取材：

111 學年度起之分科測驗將辦理七考科的考試，包括：數學甲、物理、化學、生物、

歷史、地理、公民與社會。

「111學年度起適用之大學入學考試之考試說明」分科測驗 -總說明第 1頁：

共含五大題：「圖片理解」、「對答」、「簡短對話」、「短文聽解」與「長篇聽

解」，除「圖片理解」包括部分多選題外，其餘皆為單選題。

三、文意選填

本大題旨在評量考生依據篇章段落的文意發展，掌握實詞詞彙（含慣用語及轉折詞）

運用的能力。題幹為段落式短文，以一段（或一篇）含十個空格的選文搭配十個選項，每

題一個空格，考生依文意在文章後所提供的選項中分別選出最適當者。

Fortune cookies, commonly served after meals at Chinese restaurants in the U.S., are characterized by a fortune, which is written on a small piece of paper tucked inside the cookie. [例 2] Copernicus, founder of modern astronomy, was born in 1473 to a

well-to-do merchant family in Torun, Poland. He was sent off to attend university in Italy, studying mathematics and optics, and canon law. Returning from his studies abroad, Copernicus was appointed to an administrative position in the cathedral of Frauenburg. There he spent a sheltered and academic life for the rest of his days.

[例 1] Angelfish, often found in the warm seas and coral reefs, are among the most brightly

colored fish of the ocean. Brilliant colors and stripes form amazing patterns on their body. These patterns actually help the fish to hide from danger among roots and plants. At night, when these fish become inactive, their colors may become pale. Often, the young ones are differently colored than the adults. Some scientists believe that the color difference between the young and the old indicates their different social positions.

Another interesting fact about angelfish is that they have an occupation in the fish world. Most of them act as cleaners for other fish and pick dead tissue from their bodies. This is not their food, though. Their diet consists mainly of sponge and algae.

One particular kind of angelfish, the blackspot angelfish, has a special capability that allows it to change gender from female to male. However, the change is not made at random; it happens for a specific reason. He is the one who protects and looks after the females. When the male dies, the group needs a new “security guard.” This is when the largest female in the group begins to change in appearance. She begins to grow larger in size, and after a week, she starts changing color, from yellow to blue. Slowly, her behavior toward the other fish also changes. She begins behaving like a male. Two weeks later, black stripes appear on her body, indicating the gender change is complete. She is now completely male!

About 61% of British people reported buying foods because they were supposed superfoods, according to a 2014 survey. But what are superfoods? Are they really so good for our health?

Currently, kale is one of the coolest superfoods around. Kale, a very common vegetable, has grown in northern Europe, and plenty of other places, for thousands of years. Its nutrition is similar to that of cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower. Is kale significantly better than other vegetables? Fans of superfoods like to list the things that kale contains a lot of, such as iron and vitamins, and point out what those things do (make red blood cells). But that doesn’t mean your body gets superpowers if you eat more than you need, especially if you’re already getting enough from other sources. It is like trying to make your car go faster by putting in more petrol. No good evidence shows that eating plenty of fruit and vegetables with kale is any better than eating plenty of them without.

Another example is chia seeds. One hundred grams of chia seeds contain about 17g of Omega-3s, about eight times as much as salmon. However, the Omega-3s in chia seeds are different from the ones in fish: Our body turns the chia kind into the fish kind very inefficiently, meaning that you will actually absorb less. Nor is it easy to eat a full 100g of chia seeds, which contain 486 calories, almost as much as a Big Mac. So fish is definitely a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids for you, which help to protect against cardiovascular disease. But there is little evidence to suggest the health benefits from chia seeds.

Indeed, good nutrition helps the body fight against diseases. The truth, however, is that nutrition is fabulously complex, different for everybody and mostly mysterious. We know that if you eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables and do regular exercise, you don’t need any superfood. And if you don’t, no superfood will save you.

Online shopping enables people to shop at home and save the time they would spend traveling to stores. According to a study, “convenience” is considered to be the major reason for online shopping. Another benefit is that consumers can shop without time limitations, as they have 24-hour access to online shops. Moreover, society can save human resources when consumers help themselves by browsing* online. Most importantly, online shopping allows us to check all kinds of products sold worldwide without geographical boundaries*.

On the other hand, there are still a couple of disadvantages when it comes to online shopping. One of them is that people cannot go window-shopping with their friends, so there is no social aspect* to it. Privacy* is another reason why some people do not wish to shop on the Internet. They are afraid their personal information may be leaked. A third reason is this: some are concerned that what they get online will not be what they had expected to buy.

In a word, whether you should engage in online shopping or not really depends on your shopping goals. Being able to shop online comes with many benefits, but it also comes with a few potentially negative experiences and even dangers that you should know about.

M: Questions 1 to 4 are based on the following lecture. W: Good morning. In today’s lesson, we’re going to talk about alternative energy sources, or ways

of producing energy other than burning fossil fuels. First, we’re going to talk about nuclear energy. The use of nuclear power is a highly-debated topic. Let’s look at a number of pros and cons. The advocates of nuclear power say that it produces vast amounts of electricity at relatively low cost. Plus, with no carbon emissions, nuclear energy generates less pollution than coal or natural gas. As for the reasons against nuclear energy, most people would say that it is dangerous. Nuclear power plants create a lot of radioactive waste. It’s toxic and can cause serious harm to people and the environment. And the risk of accidents is high. Here is the picture of the 2011 Fukushima accident in Japan. The environmental effects were disastrous. Despite the safety concerns, many people still believe in the potential of nuclear energy. Scientists have begun to develop new techniques for recycling and reprocessing nuclear waste. So there’s been good progress in the handling of nuclear waste.
