A set of three floodlights for outdoor installation, available with symmetric or asymmetric beam for 70W to 600W high-pressure sodium or metal halidelamps.Body: black fibreglass-reinforced engineering polymer thermoplastic. Thelamp operating components are mounted on a removable galvanised steel platelocated in the bottom of the insulated wiring box.Reflector: 99.85% pure anodised (s = 6-8µ) and polished aluminium withhammered finish for wide beam version and with polished finish for narrowbeam version.Cover glass: 5 mm thick (3 mm in case of EF 15) clear tempered glass. Thevisor is mounted on a black technopolymer frame hinged to the bottom ofthe body and fixed by retractable clips made from stainless steel. A siliconegasket is fitted between the body and frame.Lampholder: porcelain socket and anti-unscrew device on E27 and E40 versions; steatite cap type on Rx/s versions.Electrical supply: direct access to terminal block and cable-clamp set in thewiring box recessed into the back of fitting; PG 13.5 cable-gland. Wiring boxis sealed by a cover fixed with 4 self-threading screws.Installation: by means of zinc plated steel stirrup (of 5 mm for EF 25 and EF40 types; of 4 mm for EF 15 types) with aiming degree indicator on bothsides.

ACCESSORIESWire guard: electro-welded galvanised steel wire, fixed to the frame withself-tapping screw.

EF 2000

EF 2000 floodlight family for outdoor installation, with 2000W double-endedmetal halide lamps with ceramic caps or max. 2000W tubular bulb metal halide or high pressure sodium lamps with E40 caps. The lamp operating components are to be installed separately, except the starter, which is integrated into the floodlight unless otherwise noted.Designed for the illumination of large areas, EF 2000 luminaires are especiallysuitable for large sporting facilities where excellent illumination, perfect beamcontrol and optimum colour rendering are required for colour TV recording andbroadcasting.Body: die-cast UNI 5076 aluminium with RAL 7038 grey polyester powder paintfinish. Painting is done by up-to-date DC galvanization process to maximiseanti-corrosive properties.A hinged door at the rear of the body allows access to the lamp without needto remove the front cover glass. The door is equipped with a circuit-breaker,which cuts off the lamp voltage at opening.All the external screws are made of stainless steel.Control gearbox: fibreglass-reinforced polyamid, mechanically fixed to therear part of body. Its cover is fixed by 4 stainless steel screws and providedwith a PG 13.5 cable-gland for entering the electrical supply cables of 9-13mm.Cover glass: 4 mm thick clear tempered glass, resistant against thermal andmechanical shocks. The visor is fixed to the die-cast aluminium frame paintedgalvanically like the body. An anti-aging silicone gasket is fitted between thebody and frame.Orientation: by means of a graduated scale for correct aiming of the luminaire.Reflector: 99.85% pure anodised and polished aluminium, available for variouslight distributions: • rectangular beam, spot and flood in case of E40 capped lamps• conical beam, ultra spot, spot, medium, medium-wide & wide in case of double-ended lamps.The reflector has an internal louvre, which provides excellent light pollution andglare control.Lampholder: ceramic, with clips to keep the lamp fixed in position.Installation: by steel bracket painted like the body and provided with 3 mounting holes,2 ( Ø 15 mm) for the lateral and 1 ( Ø 22 mm) for central mounting.Burning position of the lamp axis: horizontal ±4° for double-ended types; anyfor E40 cap types.Power supply box CSA: V0 self-extinguishing thermoset material.Caution: Standard version of luminaire must not be operated at angles of inclination higher then 140° in relation to the vertical axis.
