The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you

desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services. If legal or other

requirements impose the purchase of any item you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the

statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. Please note that there may be charges for

items such as cemetery fees, flowers, newspaper notices, and motorcycle escorts.

Service arrangement package prices correspond to the itemized service charges detailed in this Adult General Price List. These

arrangement packages are limited to removals and services conducted within a 35-mile radius of Driggers & Decker Family Funeral

Home. You may choose only the items you desire. Therefore, you have the option to select the services you require directly from the

itemized price list.

Professional Services of Funeral Director and Staff

Basic Services

This fee for our basic services will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. This fee is already included in the

charges for direct cremation, immediate burial and forwarding or receiving remains. The basic services fee includes the following:

· Around the clock availability of personnel $ 1,645.00

· Coordination of the services plans and arrangement interviews.

· General Clerical Administration.

· Securing and recording of death certificate, transit permits, cremations

permits and life insurance claims.

· Coordination and communication of service plans with cemetery,

crematory, and transportation companies.

Additional Services

Coordination, direction, staff, and equipment for a funeral ceremony or $ 475.00

Memorial service at a facility other than our funeral home, such as a church

Embalming $ 695.00 Except in certain cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming

may be necessary however, if you select a certain funeral arrangement such as

any type of service in which viewing of the body is required or requested. If you

do not want embalming; you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that

does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Additional care of Remains

In many areas of the country, state or local law does not require an outer burial container to surround the casket in grave. However,

many cemeteries require that you have such a container so that the grave will not sink in. Either a grave liner or a burial vault will

This charge includes transfer of remains to Driggers & Decker Family Funeral Home within 35 miles, basic services of

funeral director and staff, embalming, transfer to DFW Airport, and a combination air tray/ shipping container.

Receiving of Remains from another Funeral Home $ 1,940.00

This charge includes transfer from DFW Airport and basic services of funeral director and staff

Direct Cremation $ 770- $ 6,890

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and

can be made of materials like fiberboard or wood composition. The crematory used by our funeral home does not permit the use of

alternative containers that are not made of rigid materials. The alternative container we offer is made of unfinished wood composition

material.

Our charges for a direct cremation (without a ceremony) include transfer of remains to Driggers Family Funeral Home within 35

miles, basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer to crematory, crematory fee.

Foreign Consulate Coordination $275.00

This charge is for the additional staff and transportation necessary in the coordination with foreign consulates, The

Secretary of State’s Office and local registrars required for the shipment of human remains to a foreign country. Please

note that individual consulate fees are additional.

Disclaimer

To provide the highest level of privacy and service to our client families in their time of grift, we ask that you respect the

needs of others and the state of our property. During the period of your families’ use, should it be deemed necessary,

additional charges for cleanup, replacement and/ or repair to our property may be added to your final bill. Driggers &

Decker Family Funeral Home reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Driggers & Decker Family Funeral Home directors make no warranties, either expressed or implied, including implied

warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The only warranties, if any, are those extended by the

manufactures thereof.

Funeral Home Payment Policy Our Payment Policy requires all fees be paid in full or secured 24 hours prior to services

To lose someone you love is a devastating human experience. It is frequently traumatic and can

seriously impact judgement. It also often comes at a time when survivors are least prepared

financially. We believe in the importance of the recognition and meaningful celebration of a life

that has been lived and will assist in arranging an appropriate service to meet your individual

needs. It is also important to be realistic in respect to funeral expenditures. We do not want a

family to spend more than they are able. What is important to us is that arrangements be in

keeping with a family’s wishes and budget.

To be fair to all parties, provisions for payment are due at the time of arrangement. To avoid

any possibility of misunderstanding or embarrassment, and for your convenience, we offer the

following methods of payment:

Visa or Mastercard

Verified payment from another funeral home

Assignment from Verified Life Insurance Policy

(2.75 % of funeral home contract and a $95 filing fee.)

We are unable to accept any policy that is in its contestable period. A contestable period usually

is two years from the policy goes into force. We are unable to accept any insurance policy that

is deemed non-assignable by the company underwriting the policy.

We have never turned away a family based on their ability to pay. We solicit your frankness

regarding financial matters and pledge that we will work with you, if necessary, to arrive at

terms that are amicable to all involved.
