The 10 Years Younger Contest was inspired by a desire to give back to the community. As a

resource for facial cosmetic surgery and aesthetic dermatology, Cutis Cosmetic and Laser Centre

has helped many patients in the communities of Dundas, Hamilton, Burlington, Ancaster,

Flamborough, Brantford and Waterdown to address cosmetic and skin health concerns. It is most

often the case that patients enjoy an improved self perception and self confidence when their

aesthetic concerns have been resolved.

The reality is not everyone has access to aesthetic treatments to improve their appearance.

This was the impetus for the 10 Years Younger Contest - to bestow the benefits of facial

rejuvenation onto the winning candidate. The makeover will be customized based on individual

suitability and may include a wrinkle reducing treatment, facial volume restoration, laser

resurfacing (such as Fraxel® re:pair), or a number of other non-invasive treatments. Both

Dr. Lemckert, facial cosmetic surgeon, and Dr. Edstrom, aesthetic dermatologist, will donate

and apply their expertise to develop an ideal treatment plan with the goal of achieving healthier

skin - ultimately revealing a refreshed, rejuvenated and natural look for the contest winner.

A charitable donation will be made to the Interval House of Hamilton at the final makeover reveal

in the fall of 2015. The Interval House is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing shelter

and comprehensive support services to women and their dependents who are experiencing

domestic abuse. The important work of the Interval House of Hamilton empowers women and

nurtures a safer community.

The following is a guideline for the contest entry requirements, rules and privacy policy. We welcome you to contact us should you require further information.

IMPORTANT DATES. The contest runs from March 1-31, 2015. Valid entries must be received electronically no later than 11:59 p.m. EST on March 31, 2015.

CONTEST ENTRY REQUIREMENTS.• Minimum age requirement: Qualifying candidates must be between 40 and 65 years

of age. Please provide proof of your age with a copy of a valid government issued identification

• Testimonial: In 250 words or less, tell us why you would like to enter and participate in the 10 Years Younger Contest. How will it make a difference in your life? What does it mean to you?

A current photo of yourself must be included with your entry. Our judges will review your testimonial. Finalists will be subject to an interview consultation to establish their candidacy before the winner is selected.

CONTEST RULES.The winner must consent to having before and after photos taken and write a 500 word testimonial about their 10 YEARS YOUNGER makeover experience. Cutis Cosmetic and Laser Centre reserves the right to use the photos and testimonial for print and web marketing purposes.

PRIVACY.All personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address, is collected solely for the purposes of administering this contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your consent. By providing this information, you consent to it being used by the Contest Administrators and their affiliates for the stated purposes.
