The Medical Systems division of CareFusion has a US Field Service Organization of 400 technicians. CareFusion is utilizing SMART Service Manager for SAP CRM to provide technicians with point of service information and an effective workflow experience by adopting tablet technology. Technicians are utilizing tablets to view technical documents for troubleshooting and use SMART Service Manager to view service call information and document repairs.

Maintenance, Maximo 7 & Mobility – A Winning Mix at Lockheed Martin The world’s largest defense manufacturer, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, wanted to unite their three production plants under a single enterprise maintenance process.
