About Us Our law firm, Gregory & Partners established since 2002 in Jakarta area, the Capital City of Indonesia. The partners of the firm are: G. Maska F. Rikin, SH. Emmanuel Christianto, SH. Raymond Siagian, SH. Tonny Napitupulu, SH. We engage in providing legal services, acting for the interests of and giving advices to various parties/clients (domestic and foreign) concerning and relating to legal aspects in various corporate-related matters and commercial-related matters and transactions, including company establishment, corporate restructuring, banking and finance, debt restructuring and debt settlement, capital market, investments, joint venture, merger and acquisition, employment, oil and gas, general mining, trading, telecommunications, electricity, EPC (engineering – procurement - construction), wholesale and retail business, real property, land matters; and also several litigation matters. Research at Gregory & Partners is comprehensive and on continuing basis, starting with general conditions, moving to specific sectors and finally to individual companies/transactions. Professional Fee

Hourly based is our standard practice of billing in Our Firm.

Our hourly rates range from IDR 1.500.000,- up to IDR 2.500.000,- (which may be modified over time), depending on the skill, experience and knowledge of the attorneys in charge of the assignment.

For particular type of work, such as industrial dispute settlements or court cases, we charge the Client on lump-sum basis.

Legal Expenses

Our invoices for expenses incurred are denominated in Rupiah.

These expenses include, in addition to the legal fees, facsimile, long distance telephone calls, courier service, traveling, staff and building overtime and photocopy. Should we anticipate incurring a significant amount of out-of-pocket expenses, we will require clients for advances.

Retainer Scheme

We also opened to clients seeking a lawyer-client retainer arrangement for a retainer fee of IDR 20.000.000,- (excluding any disbursements and taxes) per month, payable in advance for a 3 (three) months basis.

The retainer fee shall be for legal services provided for 16 hours a month. In the event any work is completed within a period of one month a total effective working hours in excess of 16 hours, we will charge clients additional fees based on the additional hours contributed for completing the work.
