Always look for solutions
When we find a problem, the first thing
we do is start looking for a solution
Do what you do well
A sloppy job means that someone else has to fix it later,
or you have to waste time to fix it later,
or even worse that it goes out sloppy to a customer!!
Look for ways to improve yourself
There are so many things to do, to learn in life,
we feel it’s really important that we keep growing.
Respect your mind
Everything begins as a thought. If we learn to respect our minds,
we can ultimately get the best and most inspiring output from them.
Be willing and helpful

Any team can only be as strong as its members, when one’s feeling good another might be down.
We help each other out.

we don’t have customers.

Learn from each other
If we don’t know something we ask, if nobody knows we can learn together. It’s not about pride or feeling less adequate, the team is built to support itself.

Failing is the first step to getting it right.
We try things out endlessly to see if they work,
if they don’t, we find something that does.

We never have to lose time wondering why something is the way it is, we already know!
We set goals and achieve them
Every time we hit a goal we make a difference, when we consistently achieve them, we make a lasting impact
Harmonizing work with life
We don’t track time off we track results so if you have to watch a kid’s recital or
take a parent to the doctor during the day then that’s fine, you should do that.
Monday breakfast Get in for around 9 on Mondays and start the
week together with breakfast and a chat.
Friday drinks End the day a bit early and have a few
drinks with colleagues to wind down.
One Big Chore
One big chore is Funifi’s monthly activity where the
group gets together and does something productive
for the community.
Personal Development We have a board up in the office where we pin work and personal goals, and we work together to achieve them.
Be the product Everyone at Funifi gets to be a parent for a week when they set other members mini tasks and goals
in exchange for a points total!
Cool Stuff At Funifi the office is packed full of cool stuff.
We have a pinterest board where all the suggestions and current items go and every now and again we have a company vote for what the next cool thing we need to get should be.
Whether it’s useful tasks like making office improvements or just plain fun by throwing a ball through a hoop, our office challenges give you something new to
think about and a break from the desk
