1. Afternoon service is overcrowded. Increasing frequency fromevery 30 minutes to every 20 minutes is warranted.
2. Sheldon Field lot is not yet at capacity.
3. Extending service to V.A. Hospital in Leeds would not attractridership while Sheldon Field lot has space available, especially
since all-day service would not be available at the new P&R.
4. Alternate route via Bridge Road-Damon Road would not savemuch travel time and would bypass major ridership generators.
