ORDINANCE NO. 10-13

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL MUNICIPALORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF EWING IN THE COUNTY OF MERCER, TO

DESIGNATE THE CUL DE SAC OF BETH ANN WAY TO BE A NO STOPPING OR

STANDING ZONE

WHEREAS, the residents of Beth Ann Way have requested that the cul de sac be designated as

a No Stopping or Standing Zone; and

WHEREAS, Section 225-56 of the Code provides that certain streets are designated as no

stopping or standing streets;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of the Township of

Ewing that the Revised General Municipal Ordinances of the Township of Ewing be amended as

follows:

Section 1: Section 225-56, entitled Schedule IX: No Stopping or Standing, of the Revised

General Municipal Ordinances of the Township of Ewing is hereby amended to add the

following NEW Street:

Name of Street Side Location

Beth Ann Way Both Within cul de sac

Section 2: Section 225-51, entitled Schedule IV: Time Limit Parking, of the Revised

General Municipal Ordinances of the Township of Ewing is hereby amended to DELETE the

following NEW Street:

Name of Street Side Time Limit Location

Hours/Days

Beth Ann Way Both 10 minutes Within cul de sac

Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect after final passage and publication according tolaw.

STATEMENT

This Ordinance amends the Revised General Municipal Ordinances of the Township of

Ewing to designate the cul de sac of Beth Ann Way to be No Stopping or Standing.
