things:
– How to help implement the Heroes for Zeroes mission
– Ways to collaborate within our buildings– The decision to embed the INTEL model during
staff development– What 21st century skill to focus on and how to en-

Eyes & Ears The Hero and Intel teachers have also
been acting as the “eyes and ears” in our schools to gauge how the Heroes for Zeroes process has been going
We have brought both the negative and positive feedback from our colleagues to our meetings to discuss ways to improve our mission

Our Training A week long course was offered
at Randolph Henry High School two weeks before school began in August.
We worked in cooperative pairs to complete a project-based unit plan that addressed technology, 21st cen-tury skills, as well as the Standards of Learning.
The instructor helped us create a strategy for teaching the remaining staff the Intel Teach course.
