become that ONE person?

Created a Collaborative Culture…..We Changed our Attitude and our Behaviors1. High Expectations for ALL students. 2. Higher level thinking. 3. Shared Responsibility between student, teacher and
parents about learning.4. Analyzing our instruction and the lessons that we teach
to improve our instruction. 5. Facilitating Cooperative Learning / Independent Learning6. Creating a framework for student learning. (objectives
are visible and spoken, modeling is present, application and questioning occurs, assessment of student performance, data collection, interventions as needed and follow up occurs)
7. Our Passion is Present as we model life-long learning. (staff meetings, study groups, CIP, OISM, team meetings)
