Clean-up After Use

It is EXTREMELY important to thoroughly clean and remove ALL concentrate and gel from the Nozzle, Supply Line, and Pick-up Tube

Water and/or Mineral oil works extremely well to clean and flush all equipment parts

All parts must be clean and dry An air hose may be used to blow out

and thoroughly dry all parts

Troubleshooting

Failure to Educt Check Water Flow (20 GPM) Check Water Pressure (75-100 psi at nozzle) Check Eductor Selection (OFF, 1%, 2%) Check Supply Line, Pick-up Tube and connections

for tightness and seal Select FLUSH position for 1 to 3 seconds Breakdown system, check for clogging, debris, or

dried concentrate in lines/orifices
