5Cost scale for phase 2

o Cost scale for Phase 2We had been planning to provide a cost scale for the RRB in October, however…there are requests to provide some early information for FAs. Joe asks us to have something by late March for the RRB in April– This will NOT be an EOI or LOI, but will be an update to the EOI that CMS submitted in

2007, with updated estimates for cost and time scales.– Proposing a very short document. With your input, UC and TC will make a skeleton

version in next 2 weeks for discussion at next UPO. Goal is to provide a draft for MB/FB in 3 weeks!
