When: 5th - 23rd December (dates to be finalised)
Where: some time spent in Kathmandu and most of the time spent hiking in Nepalese wilderness
Cost: ~$800 US (program, tents/sleeping bags, food, porters, cooks and accommodation in Kathmandu included)
Who: ~12 students (all year levels welcome to apply)

Day 1 (5/12): Fly into Kathmandu + sightseeing
Day 2 (6/12): Sightseeing, orphanage visit
Day 3-4 (7-8/12): Hospital placement
Day 5 (9/12): Jeep ride into countryside
Day 6-17 (10-21/12): trekking, camping and medical clinics
Day 18 (22/12): Return to Kathmandu (night out)
Day 19 (23/12): Fly home

What happens once you get in?
Successful applicants will be notified after interviews are completed mid-June
First meeting will be Sunday afternoon - June 22nd
Second meeting will be Sunday afternoon – June 29th or July 6th (depending on availabilities)
Fortnightly meetings thereafter
Trip coordinator will be appointed to liaise with the Nepalese contacts re finer details
