REOO Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer for solar panel assembly production line in China. We

have 9 years history to manufacture all size of laminator also whole of production line. we have advanced

and proven technique, high quality and good performance.

We have a great deal of experience for manufacturing, packing, shipping, installation, commissioning and

training.

This proposals shall cover design, manufacture, supply, testing and commissioning of assembling plant of

solar panel on turn key basis. The assembling plant should have a production capacity of 5 MW/year

considering 80% uptime and single shift of operation. This quotation do not include the wire cable before

laminator, the switch box for machine and the discharging tools for machine.

This proposals for 1 MW production line is according to the company's specific facilities and your requirement. It include: 1. The conditions by workshop and infrastructure requested;

2. Major installation and equipment's performance index by turn-key project provided;

3. The basic craft route of production line movement;

4. The commercial conditions of turn-key project;

5. The consumer should provide the installation and trial run condition, the tool of instrumentation

equipment, the personnel constitutes;

6. Technical training which is the supplier carrying on (content, personnel number);

7. The accomplished standard, the approval and the connection of turn-key project;

8. Cost accounting and cost accounting of raw material processing.

The basic starting point of this suggestion:

1. With the replace equipment and service maintenance parts in certain equipment services.

2. All equipments would be make up of our company and our cooperation comapny. (Our company, REOO

is responsible to purchase related equipment).

Workshop:

1. Workshop structure have the function of raw material storehouse, and product storehouse. services the

spare parts, the storehouse, the changing room, the visitor channel office district and so on, (Our company

will accord to customers request to provide the design paper of lay out .

General requirements in workshop space: 200-500 sqm.

Requirements in storehouse: The ambient temperature, keep in 25 , Humidity must be controlled.

2. Infrastructure:

(1) Power source: 3 phase 5 line, more than 30 KW;

(2) Water supply: little need.

(3) Air source: 0.8-1.2MP compressed air;

(4) Environment: (enclosed, dust-proof, anti-skid, temperature);

Lay out design for solar panel plant:

The basic production programe in production line.

1. Preparation: Preparation for all of raw material, such as solar cell, framer, glass and EVA film.

2. Soldering cells: Sort cell by solar cell tester, then single soldering and string soldering.

3. Cutting material: EVA film. Back sheet.

4. Laying up: Laying up the solar cell stringer on the glass and EVA film..

5. Laminating: laminate laying up raw material and keep solidify.

6. Fix junction box: trimming the edge of the extra EVA, fix the junction box on solar panel.

7. Inspecton: Test laminated solar panel.

8. Quality tests: in the process of making other tests, IV curves of the test, and the appearance of high-

voltage isolation.

9. Warehousing: Qualified storage products, goods failed to repair.

So the profit: USD0.66-USD0.513= USD0.146/wp.

The production capacity per day.( 8 hours per day )

280w/pc x 1pc/times x 3/hour x 8/day = 6720wp

The gross profit: 6720 x 0.146 = USD981.12 / day.

The profit per year: USD981.12 x 300 days = USD294336.00

Layout We design the factory layout showing different machines for smooth production. The layout should show the

all the machines including the store and office area in proposed layout plan.

Installation We send engineer or technicians to buyers factory to install machine.All expenditure on travel, food,

accommodation and transportation of our engineers/ technicians for installation will be borne by buyer.

REOO company pay for salary of engineers.

Training We supply both overseas and local training to the engineers and technicians on operation and maintenance.

buyer borne air tickets, lodging, food and training material .

Minimum 12 (twelve) months warranty of all products and services .guarantee for the spares and required

maintenance or replacement support are to be provided . Buyer borne the cost of the material for parts of

maintenance.

Payment Terms: 50% of the contract value be pay by T/T advanced.


45% of the contract value be pay by T/T before shipment. or, pay be L/C at sight against :Bill of lading Invoice Packing note 5% of contract value of the equipment payment shall be released on production of acceptance certificate

from consignee after completion of the installation and acceptance.

Insurance: We borne insurance of goods under contract from the time these are loaded on board the ship.

Taxes and Duties: Buyer shall pay all taxes and duties, payable under government laws, for all goods and materials imported

under the contract into any port .

Packing: All the equipment, tools, accessories and goods be suitably packed. All packages are liable to be opened for

Customs examination and packing shall therefore be designed to facilitate opening and repacking thereafter.

Each package shall have the shipment information printed on it in bold letters.

Manuals/Documents: Operational and maintenance manuals of all equipment is in English, along with a soft copy in a CD

(compatible version: MS Word/ PDF).

Backup spares We supply essential backup spares/ items beyond warranty periods. Buyer pay for the cost.

Raw material: We supply all the material for production solar panel from China for trial production and formal production,

buyer pay for the cost. The total consume for electricity power: 45 KW, 3 Phase, 5 line .

Buyer must make sure that the voltage, frequency and total power consume of electricity. Guarantee and after -sale service One year guarantee for whole machine except of consumable..

ModelRO-B2 The Semi-automatic laminator is designed for different size of laminating of mono and polycrystalline solar

cell with high productivity, The machine is suitable for both standard & fast cure EVA for assembly PV

3. Framing machine

The machine should be suitable to use for fix solar panel frame and lock the four corner of the frame.

Maximum panel size: 2000X1100mm

4. EVA/ back sheet cutting station.

EVA and back sheets needs cutting to size and uniformity.

Electrical cutter, high efficiency. One person operation.

The station is a table with tough top for cutting EVA and TPT back sheet for solar module.

5. Solar cell soldering station


The soldering table includes

6. Soldering ribbon cutting machine

Automatic cut the soldering machine after set the length, speed, quantity number and the machine can

leveling the ribbon, so can improve the quality of cell soldering.

7. Module transfer carrier

Hand truck for transportation of Glass / Solar modules / Panel at different stage of production. The module

carrier made of steel and continues welding with rubber combination. It should carry 10 sets of 240W solar

panels at one time & strong mobile castors for free and smooth movement during transport of modules /

panels. The wheels can be locked for safety and stability to avoid any accidental damage.

Support 10 pcs of 300W modules each time


8. Ready material carrier

Trolley for transporting the finished laying up module to be laminated, carry 10 pcs 300W solar panel with

proper protection.

9. Laying up station

Provide horizontal surface to lay up the solar cell string, stack the solar cell string, temper glass, EVA &

back sheet and wire the solar cell string with ribbon.

Support 300 W module.

10. Appearance inspection station

Inspection of the finished lay up solar module before laminating. Inspect the items such as if the solar cell be

broken, also the quality of laying up.
