• Number of staff: 50• Number of data devices: 100 (1 x phone, 1 x USB)• Total cost: $3,000/month• Aggregate data allowance: 200 GB/month (= $15/GB)• Number of different device plans: 13 (from 100 MB to 15 GB)• Aggregate usage: 25 GB/month (= 12.5% of allowance)• Average usage: 250 MB/device (= 500 MB/user)• Potential saving: $1,000/month (based on 100 device data bucket at $20 per device)
