Welcome Note from the CEOIt is my pride and pleasure to welcome you to our company.

Karma Group is a family business which was founded by the late Mr. Charalambos Karoullas in 1985, who had a vision of creating unique and quality projects on the beautiful eastern coast of Cyprus, knowing that this area is the “jewel” of the whole island. Its current owner Mr. Nikolas Karoullas works with passion and is well known for his high ethics, following ambitiously in his father’s footsteps to continue building and adding his very own personal touch of integrity, honesty and quality to the business.

During all these years we have always made our main concern the same and to build strong and everlasting relationships with our clients and associates. We have committed ourselves to create a friendly customer oriented service and an after sales care which is second to none, emphasising on the quality of our projects instead of the quantity.

The East Coast (otherwise called Famagusta District), is reputable for its tourist resorts all over the world, especially for their blue flag beaches with golden sands and crystal clear waters.


continuesEast CoastProtaras: Situated on the east side of the island, Protaras covers approximately 5km of the golden Famagusta coastline. Protaras flourished into a charming tourist resort in the 1980’s and is a more sophisticated alternative to the buzzing atmosphere of its neighbouring town, Agia Napa.

Before becoming a tourist resort, Protaras was essentially uninhabited; the area was mostly covered by a multitude of windmills, some of which still stand today, adding to the character of its landscape. Protaras became an idyllic holiday resort largely due to the beautiful golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters in its vicinity. There are many excellent beaches, each developed to appeal to a particular type of holidaymaker. For instance the main beach ‘Fig Tree Bay’, regarded as one of the most popular beaches on the island, offers a wide range of water-sports while to the north of the coastline, the tranquil waters of Skoutari Beach, are ideal for great snorkeling and relaxation. Just off the main strip of Protaras you can see the beautiful little church of Ayia Elias situated on the hilltop and is worth the climb to be able to capture the stunning views of the area.

Ayia Napa:Ayia Napa is one of the most interesting places to visit in Cyprus. Ayia Napa means ‘Holy Valley’, and it is a place that has lots to offer, culture, blend of tradition and modern era, amazing lifestyle, rich gastronomical selections, and unique natural beauty. It is an established and well known multicultural tourist destination, attracting visitors of various age groups from several countries in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. Ayia Napa features 14 beaches awarded with the EU blue flag for their level of cleanliness and facilities. Cyprus has an overall 53 Blue Flag beaches and as such Cyprus is being known for having:

Cape Greco national park is a ten-minute drive from the centre of Ayia Napa and is considered one of the most beautiful places on the island offering sightseeing, cliff jumping, bike riding and a variety of other activities. It is one of the most famous spots in Cyprus for the lovers of photography due to its picturesque nature, caves, cliffs, clear waters and trees. In order to honour the famous personalities and artists which visited and still visit Ayia Napa, the City of Ayia Napa in 2013 has inaugurated the Ayia Napa Fame Square. Famous Singers, Djs, Artists, Politicians are inducted to this square. The idea was based under the complete tourism experience strategy which the municipality of Ayia Napa is following.

Ayia Napa attracts millions of visitors every year, and taking into consideration the constant development and infrastructure upgrades that do take place, it seems that Ayia Napa will be amongst the spot line for many years to come.
