• Mental and physical changes related to menstrual cycle

• Symptoms:– Nervous tension, anxiety, irritability, bloating,

weight gain, depression, mood swings, and fatigue, breast tenderness

• Causes:– Imbalance of estrogen and progesterone– Treatment determined by doctor
