Cultural Heritage in Castilla&Leon

Castilla&Leon is a region which offers a variety of cultural experiences including eight UNESCO world Heritage sites. Among those are three cities (Ávila, Segovia and

Salamanca), St. James’s way, Burgos Cathedral as well as the archaeological sites of Atapuerca and Siega Verde and the Roman gold mines of Las Médulas.

Castilla&Leon is also rich in natural areas, reserves, national parks and other natural monuments of great interest.

In addition to this, there are many other cultural manifestations like Holy week, local festivals and traditional constructions.
