ProcessWarner Hall picks construction management company (DONE, Oxford)University committee selects architect (representatives from SCS, FMS, (DRC) Design Review Committee., Warner Hall, trustees)Architects works with us on design (especially the interior). Also can bring in consultants on particular aspects (e.g. lighting, wireless).Many levels of design.
