Easy Client Record ScanningNSi AutoStore for Teal Estate is a plug-in application into a Multifunction Device that allows users an easy and intuitive way to search for a client or listing, and scan a document directly to a client record. The client record is stored on a Microsoft Windows folder structure using the native functionality of Microsoft Windows. Since most computer users know how to use Windows, they will know how to use this solution.
The benefits of using Microsoft Windows is the built in capability to store thousands of client/listing records. Windows offers a free, easy to use capability to search across these records.
