Congratulations on being selected as a 2014 Global Service Hero!

We want to better familiarize you with what to expect at the Summit for your planning purposes.

•We know you will have a great time!

► The event has been scheduled with you in mind!

•Don’t worry if you don’t know any other Service Heroes!

► There will be activities at the program to help you get to know fellow Heroes.

•Some of the event details have been vague on purpose.

Basic Information

Covered Expenses Include• Transportation to / from your home and your home airport

• Air transportation to / from the Goa airport

• Flight itinerary received from OGS Travel Team

• Transportation to / from the hotel for all scheduled events

• Hotel accommodations March 11 – 13

• All meals from dinner Wednesday night through lunch Friday

The Travel Experience

At the Airport

•Check-in counters are closed 60 minutes before departure time for all classes and for all flights departing from Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad.

•Please check-in at the airport at least 120 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.

•Passengers are required to present valid photo identification issued by the Government (Example. Drivers License / Voter’s ID Card / PAN Card etc.), with a copy of the ticket

•After collecting the Boarding Pass, proceed to security and move towards the departure gate.

Transportation from Airport to Hotel and Return

• Proceed to Baggage Claim area upon arrival

• Transportation rep will be holding the Park Hyatt sign

• Secure luggage and go to motor-coach / vehicle

• Contingency plans are in place if flight is late

3:30 – 5:30pm Free time at the Park Hyatt; water sports / activities available

5:30 – 11:30pm Depart Park Hyatt for a Surprise Gala Dinner and Awards Event Attire: Formal attire is appropriate. Please note we will be indoors and outdoors for the evening, so a light sweater or jacket is recommended in case of cooler weather.

Assistance While At Event

•Service Heroes can obtain general assistance from the hotel at the front desk

•Emergency contact numbers will be provided upon hotel check-in

Hotel Check-out

• Event is scheduled to end at 10:00 am Thursday morning

• Hotel check-out is 12:00 pm

• Late check-out may be possible if required and rooms are available; ask at check-in if late check-out is available

• Luggage storage is available for those with afternoon airport transportation

Dress•Events will be both indoors and outdoors, and the average Goa temperatures this time of year are between 20 and 32 degrees Celsius, with 75% humidity, so please plan accordingly by bringing light sweaters or jackets as needed.

•The Social Responsibility event will be an outdoor activity that will involve light physical labor, so please dress in casual, lightweight clothing you are OK with getting dirty.
