for procurement

• Work with Procurement Team in contractor outreach to secure competitive qualified pool

• Continue hiring construction team staff• Develop procedures and management systems• Get them trained on all requirements and ready to start

• Finalize construction contract requirements • Finalize development of Construction Management Plan

and related documents • Evaluate and implement Construction Document-Control

software (Expedition or similar)
