CERNET: IPv6 Test bed and 6 Bone in 1998 APAN-CN: 1999 MOU with UCAID:

Peer Connection Agreement with Abilene:CERNET on March 2000

Donations of International Connections to STAR TAP and APAN for three years free– 10M to STAR TAP from China CNC in March 2001– 10M to APAN from China Telecom in Sept. 2000
