1. Click on link(“Click here for Dashboard/Registration in B.E./B.Tech. Course”)

2. Click on (“Step-1: Register For REAP-2020”)

Note:- Keep your mobile number & Email ID ready. OTP will be send on both for verification.

3. Click on checkbox and then click on proceed button.

4. Registration Form will be loaded. Fill this form.

Note:-

When you fill your mobile number & email id, Send OTP button will be appeared. On clicking send OTP

button, window shown below will appear. Enter your received OTP and Click on Validate OTP.

5. Click on Save Button. A new page will be opened as shown below. Click on Payment tab , you will be

redirected to BillDesk payment website , where you can make payment through net banking/ credit

card/debit card/UPI.

6. After Successful Payment, registration detail will be sent on your registered email id. Please check for your

login id/form number and password.

7. Click on “Step-2 Fill Application Form For REAP-2020” link

You will be prompted for your form number and password as shown below. Login using your credentials

keep your mobile handy/Email id opened to enter the OTP received.

8. Upload your Photograph (upto 100KB in JPG format) & Signature (upto 50 KB in JPG Format)

9. After uploading Photograph and Signature click on save button. After clicking on save button you will be

prompted for the new window as shown below. Fill the details as required in the form.

10. click on Save & Continue button , candidate will be redirected to preview data page where candidate can see

and verify his filled details as shown below.

Note: Once clicked on save and Continue button , candidate cannot update his given information

further.

11. Click on Save and Continue button, you will be redirected to upload document page where candidate has to

upload his required documents in PDF format & with prescribed size(200KB) only.

Documents to be uploaded depend on the registered details of the candidate.

For example if the candidate has selected Rajasthan state as domicile state then , he has to upload

domicile certificate . Like-wise income certificate, 10th & 12th Marksheets, Diploma marksheet(if qualified),

Category & Subcategory certificate, Ex-servicemen certificate , PWD certificate, TSP Area certificate if

selected yes.

Documents once uploaded & saved cannot be altered.

12. After clicking on save button, you will be redirected to the page shown below.

Here you can fill-up the desired colleges and their respective branches within option to change & delete the

choice number using up-down tab & delete tab respectively.

After filling your desired colleges & branches, click on Save Choice button.

Once you have filled all your desired college and their respective branches & no further modifications is

required, click on lock your choice button. It should be noted that once your choices are locked, it cannot be

modified further.

13. Now you will be redirected to your dashboard where you can print your complete form using your

credentials.

Note :- The above process of registration, filling of application form, filling of choice form, print of filled form

has been shown as if a candidate has completed all the process in one go. In case any of the steps is

terminated due to any reason, it is advised to go the candidate dashboard, select the step to be completed &

after login with your credentials, complete that step.
