Galvalume carries a 25 year warranty against perforation, rupture and structural failure due to exposure to normal Environmental conditions. The galvanized panel is coated with Kynar 500 / Hylar 5000. Rib sealant is installed at the factory to ensure water tightness. Basic Use: The TremLock VP Metal Roof System can be specified as a new or retrofit system for Architectural application on roof slope minimum 1/2” on 12” for 2” high panels, 1/4” on 12” for 3” high panels. Its versatile structural standing seam design and aesthetically pleasing appearance make it suitable for almost any roof configuration and complex geometrics. They are capable of spanning secondary structural members spaced up to five feet and can be applied to light gauge steel framing or 5/8” minimum plywood decks. Wind Load is wind suction or uplift and is based upon ASTM E 1592 test data using a factor of safety of 1.65.3. Wind Load has been increased by 33 1/3%. (Note: Increase is not allowed on military projects.)4. Live Load is the allowable Live or Snow load.5. De�ection loads are limited by a maximum de�ection of L/180 or the maximum bending stress whichever is less.6. The weight of the panel has not been deducted from the allowable loads.7. Web crippling has not been checked for the allowable loads shown above.

GUARANTEE/WARRANTY: Tremco Incorporated warrants TremLock VP metal roof system to be free of defects and to meet published physical properties when tested according to ASTM and Tremco standards. Under warranty, any TremLock VP product that is proved to be defective when applied in accordance to our written instructions, and in applications recommended by Tremco as suitable for this product will be replaced with like product at no charge. THIS IS BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

All claims concerning product defects must be made in writing within twelve (12) months of shipment. The absence of such claims in writing during this period will constitute a waiver of all claims with respect to such product. This warranty shall be IN LIEU of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

STATEMENT OF POLICY AND RESPONSIBILITY: Tremco takes responsibility for furnishing quality materials and for providing specifications and recommendations for their proper installation. As neither Tremco itself nor its Representatives practice architecture or engineering, Tremco offers no opinion on, expressly disclaims any responsibility for the soundness of any structure on which its products may be applied. If questions arise as to the soundness of a structure or its ability to support a planned installation properly, the Owner should obtain the opinion of competent structural engineers before proceeding. Tremco accepts no liability for any structural failure or for the resultant damages, and no Tremco Representative is authorized to vary this disclaimer.
