TCS DirectionsBefore using the TCS for thefirst time, become familiarwith the nozzle and the control panel.

The nozzle has two settings:

The “S” setting is usedwhen a chemical is selected.It will allow the chemical tospray with low pressure.

The “R” setting is usedwhen the rinse is selected.It will allow water to sprayat a moderate pressure.

Gather equipment. Place “Restroom Closed” sign at the door.

Dust mop or sweep floor. Wear proper personal protective equipment.

Fill the water tank as needed. Turn the TCS on. Select the appropriate cleaner. Select “S” on the nozzle.

Select the appropriate cleaner. Select “S” on the nozzle. Spray fixtures. Spot scrub heavy soils or graffiti. Spray again.

Clean both sides of the entrance doors with a disinfectant cleaner.

Refill supplies and clean all dispensers.

Remove trash, clean trash cans and replace liners.

Spray inside and outside of toilet or urinal. Spray partition from bottom to top. Wipe partition with a squeegee. Repeat for each area.

Select rinse. Select “R” on the nozzle. Rinse the toilets and partitions.

With rinse and "R" still selected, rinse fixtures. Flush toilets and urinals. Wipe as needed.

Select the appropriate cleaner. Select “S” on the nozzle. Spray floors.

Turn the TCS off. Point the nozzle toward the floor and pull the trigger to empty the hose.

Squeegee floors toward the drain or pick up solution with a microfiber mop.

Inspect your work and report any repairs as needed.

Plug in the battery charger at the end of the shift.

Green Cleaning Tips

● Use properly diluted products, preferablythrough a dispensing system like theTransport Cleaning System.

● Make sure all spray bottles are properlylabeled.

● Never mix cleaning products together.

● Periodically machine-scrub restroom floorswith a disinfectant.

● Make sure appropriate dwell times for disinfectants are followed.

● Use microfiber cloths when possible, and use color-coded cloths by area.

The control panel is wherethe chemical or rinse isselected. Simply turn thechemical select valve in thedirection of the desiredoutput. The chemical selectvalve will point to the itemselected.

Note: At the end of eachshift it is important to perform a clear water rinseof the system. Simply turnthe chemical select valve to rinse and spray for 5 seconds. This will prolongthe life of the pump.
