bastow warranty.All Bastow products are covered by a 7 year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers faults in the product construction, material and assembly where the failure is due to a fault in the manufacture of the product. Faulty products will be repaired or replaced free of charge for the first 12 months from the date of purchase, after which we will replace parts only for the remainder of the warranty period.

This warranty does not include faults caused by

• Unsuitable or improper use of this product• Incorrect installation• If installation or part installation is not carried out by a LICENSED PLUMBER• Normal wear and tear• Inadequate or complete lack of maintenance• Chemical, electrochemical or electrical influences• Harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners used on product finishes

Please note the warranty is extended to the purchaser only and is not transferable.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ABOVE WARRANTY GUIDELINE WILL VOID THE WARRANTY AGREEMENTS

Our goods come with guarantees that can not be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.



cleaning and care.The entire Bastow Range has been designed to provide many years of dependable service.

However, it is important to take care of the finish in order to delay the wear which will eventually take place over time.

• Cleaning with a non ammoniated pure soap liquid is recommended to remove any stains or water spots.

• Ensure all traces of soap are rinsed off thoroughly and use a soft cloth to dry the product.

• DO NOT use any abrasives such as bleach or any scouring cloth/pad to clean the product as it will scratch the surface.

• Polishing with MR SHEENTM

is helpful in preventing water spots on all finishes.

• Due to large amounts of impurities in the water, regular cleaning of aerators and shower heads is also recommended.
