What the redevelopers had to work with!

The building was abandoned 25 years ago!

The ground floor once was a furniture warehouse

The upper floor apartments were derelict except for a conveyor belt to second floor for additional storage.

A brave entrepreneur is invited to open a ladies vintage clothing store.

The finished 1st floor

Ready for business, but the upper floors still need a little work...

The 2nd and 3rd floors were gutted to the walls

Tons of plaster and lath were hauled away. The original stairwell skylights were preserved and made

part of the interior of the top floor units.

Reconfigured walls, plumbing, wiring and modern heating and cooling are installed.
