Condoor Systems Inc.

For the past 25 years Alain Gadoury has been involved in the custom metal and wood fabrication industry working for some of large and leading distribution and manufacturing sectors in Montreal and Vancouver.

In 1999 with a strong sense of ambition, experience and desire to make a difference, Alain started his own business, which produces quality metal design and products that will later become his testimonies to hard work and dedication to excellence.

His fabrication plant in Port Coquitlam, BC manufactures customs steels and various door and frames related products. He is very much a hands on individual who focuses on delivering superior quality products and working closely with owners and its consultants to achieve their schedule and budget.

His company continues to subcontract jobs specializing in commercial and institutional work.

Creative problem solving, new approach and challenge have become his personal mottos. Alain has passion for finding solutions that spans the technical demands of engineering and the subtleties of great design, meeting schedules and budgets.Alain obtained his Architectural and drafting certification in Montreal in the early 1990s.

The Butterfield Test

The Corridoor System. It is a lightweight, continuous hinge frame assembly with no exposed screws, demountable, expandable, interior aluminum frame.

This exclusive heavy duty aluminum frame system was originally designed and developed by Condoor for the Franchise Tax Board in Sacremento, California.

The project, located on Butterfield Way, is a state of the art, high security facility with restricted access to the public. Condoor supplied over 900 doors for this project and implemented its exclusive aluminum frame system for the first time on this scale. It has been certified a Silver LEEDS building, (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) upon completion in 2008.

The Condoor System has been afforded the distinction as the best aluminum frame after it has been put to the test by the State of California.

The Corridoor System was first introduced to the public during the 2010 Buildex in Vancouver. Architects, developers, builders and designers alike, who visited our booth were very keen in learning more about the system and how it promises to revolutionize the door industry. They were excited to integrate our product into their future designs.

High density housing and high rise condos, commercial buildings, institutional buildings will benefit from this new system. The use of our frames to almost any applications will replace the conventional interior door frames, wood and steel. Our new aluminum system is called the Corridoor System.
