The smart way to go through walls. Tips for drilling with EHB 11.

TIP 1 Only use cable with a minimum cross section of 2.5 mm for extensions up to 50 m. Greater lengths require thicker cables.

TIP 2 Unroll the cable drum completely. Rolled-up cables reduce performance.

TIP 3 Do not apply too much pressure, or the percussion system will not develop its full power.

TIP 4 Do not use double cutting drills. The hammer is too strong.

TIP 5 Regularly remove the drill for ventilation.

TIP 6 Avoid jamming the drill.

TIP 7 The EHB 11 will shut down in the event of danger for the user or the hammer. It will only restart once proper drilling has resumed.

The lightweight hammers: EH 6 and EHB 7.

26_27 WACKER NEUSON HAMMERS

Electric hammers

The lightweight heavy-hitters: Their full power is there when you need it. Anytime, and for a long time.

1 Shockwave-optimized percussion system Maximum single stroke energy, and therefore top breaking output in its class thanks to its high-performance drive and shockwave-optimized percussion system.

2 Long-Life Design Longest useful life in its class (MTTF) through the use of highly durable materials: the cranking and percussion system housing is made of metal; the housing parts are fiberglass-reinforced plastic, and can take a beating. The drive is optimized for long life.

3 Exemplary ergonomics Exemplary ergonomics thanks to the main handle vibration damper that has been used for years in the EH 9 / EHB 11, which reduces the vibration stress for the user. And the groove-free rod handle (EHB 7), developed together with the Fraunhofer Institut, which cuts even less into the user's hand.

Star-shaped chisel

• The cross-shaped tip transfers the percussion energy optimally to the demolition material. The specially shaped surface prevents it from sticking and jamming: a productive workflow is guaranteed.

• The special geometry makes the star-shaped chisel self-sharpening and therefore always ready for use.

With Wacker Neuson hammers, you are always buying a well-thought-out and future-oriented system.
