80s Tees.com CONCEPT STATEMENT

Objective:To improve the 80s tees website by eliminating redundant options as well as triming down the overwhelming look and feel of the website as a whole.

Users:

The majority of our customers will be males, age 20-40 searching for teeshirts showcasing catch phrases, slogans, and logog of favorite movies, television shows, and various other pop culture icons of the 1980s.

80s Tees.com USER PERSONAZack is an assistant manager at a local grocery store. He enjoys retro video games, science fiction movies, and television shows. He is always keeping a look out for shirts that have his favorite sci-fi logos on the front. Zack says “I love the reaction I get from people I don’t even know when they recognise one of my retro logo shirts.” “Their eyes just light up as they smile.”

Monica is a student at the local university. She works at a resturant and loves 80’s hair bands. She still goes to see them whenever they tour around her area. She has an impressive collection of concert tour tee-shirts but has trouble finding shirts with the actual band logos.

Tim collects and sells rare comic books. His tee-shirt preferences usually consist of the comic book characters he’s selling. Tim says “ My tee shirts help my customers understand that I am the authority figure on anything comic related.” “Many times potential customers will see my shirt and ask if I have any of the rare issues pertain-ing to that perticular character.”
