in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, do charge and accuse ALIX TI CI-IELMANwith the offense of FELONY MURDER 0.C.G.A. §16-5-1, for the saidaccused, in the Countyof Fulton and State of Georgia, on the 17th day of September, 2013, did unlaw lly during the

commission of a felony, to wit: DISTRIBUTION OF HEROIN, cause the de hvof DeanRiopelle, a human being, by distributing Heroin to Dean Riopelle while he w s intoxicated

with alcohol -contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignit thereof;

and the Grand Jurors aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, do charge and

accuse ALIX TICHELMAN with the offense of FELONY MURDER 0.C.G. . §16-5-1, for

the said accused, in the County'of Fulton and State of Georgia, on the 17th day o September,

2013, did unlawfully during the commission of a felony, to wit: DISTRIBUT ON OFOXYCODONE, cause the death of Dean Riopelle, a human being, by distrib ting

Oxycodone to Dean Riopelle while he was intoxicated with alcohol -contrary to the laws of

said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof;

and the Grand Jurors aforesaid, in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, do charge and

accuse ALIX TICHELMAN with the offense of DISTRIBUTION 0F HEROIN 0.C.G.A.

§16-13-30(b), for the said accused, in the County of Fulton and State of Georgia, on the 17th

day of September, 2013, did unlawfully distribute Heroin, a controlled substance in

Schedule I of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, to Dean Riopelle —con’trary to the laws

of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof;

and the Grand Jurors aforesaid, in the néme and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, do charge and

accuse ALIX TICHELMAN with the offense of DISTRIBUTION 0F OXYCODONE0.C.G.A. §16-13-30(b), for the said accused, in the County 0f Fulton and State of Georgia, onthe 17th day of September, 2013, did unlawfully distribute Oxycodone, a controlled

substance in Schedule II of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, to Dean Riopelle -

contrary to the laws of said State, the good order, peace and dignity thereof.
