It would be better that the Department of Education
should have an in-depth training & workshop for
students, teachers, and parents about K to 12
Curriculum particularly to the Junior and Senior High
School issue.
It would be better also for the Department of
Education or the National Government to address
solutions for the discontentment and unhappiness of
teacher towards their profession due to lowcompensation that somehow affects the delivery of
service teaching quality education.

It would be good for the parents to be really serious
to invest time to supervise their children towards their
studies and apply parenting style that would benefit
both parties as you employ the win-win system
process in order for them to perform well in their
schooling. It would be better for students and parents to
undergo counseling to on self and career
assessment that will guide both of them as to
appropriate course the parent may support and the
student to take in order to augment the mismatch
problem of our graduates.

Parents and students should take into account thisquestion what work will employ them after their
graduation not what course they want after
graduation which will guarantee a great chance of
employment after graduation. This action research can be used for further research
studies.
