MARYLAND RETURNS HOME FOR A SUPER BOWL MATCHUP The No. 4 Terrapins return home looking to snap a two-game losing streak, hosting Boston College on Sunday, Feb. 4 at 4 p.m. It is the first time in two years Maryland has suffered back-to-back losses. Sunday’s meeting is only the third between the teams. Maryland defeated Boston College twice last year. The Eagles went on to advance to the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA Tournament. Maryland will make its seventh television appearance of the season on Sunday. The game will be televised on the ACC’s Regional Sports Network (Comcast SportsNet in the Baltimore/Washington area, Fox Sports South and Sun Sports). Fans can also follow the game on the radio on the Terrapin Sports Radio Network (Flagship - ESPN 1300AM Baltimore). Matt Noble and Dave Preston will make the call on the airwaves. GAME VS. DUKE SOLD OUT The Terps’ game vs. Duke on Feb. 18, also the final home game of the season, is SOLD OUT. The sellout will be just the second in Comcast Center for a women’s basketball game and the third in school history. The Terps played in front of a capacity crowd on Jan. 28 against North Carolina, the first-ever sell out of a women’s basketball game at Comcast Center. It also set the all-time ACC women’s basketball attendance record. The game against the Blue Devils will tie that record. • GAME 25 • 06 07 MARYLAND WOMEN’S BASKETBALL SCHEDULES/RESULTS RANKING: 4/4 RECORD: 21-3, 5-3 ACC N2 LAKE TRUCK ALL-STARS (EXH.) ....
