EN The intake system in the PREMIX burner allows an op-timal ratio airgas mixture to be created before it is blown inside the burner.This ensures extremely low lev-els of pollutants in the exhaust emissions, meeting the strictest international regulations.Other advantages offered by this burner are its high efficiency and a good flame modulation range.The PREMIX burner is usually mounted in condensing boilers, making it possible to reach high specific capacities (power per unit of area of the burner) and to make the combustion chamber, and therefore the boiler, more compact.By pairing it with the Polidoro HM MIXER it becomes the perfect solution for reaching the highest classes of energy efficiency pro-posed by the new ERPs.
IT Il bruciatore PREMIX viene normalmente alimentato da un sistema che consente di crea-re la miscela aria-gas, nelle proporzioni ottimali, prima che questa venga “soffiata” all’inter-no del bruciatore.Ciò permette di ottenere bass-issimi valori di inquinanti nelle emissioni di scarico, tali da sod-disfare le più esigenti regola-mentazioni internazionali.L’alto rendimento e il buon cam-po di modulazione di fiamma sono gli altri vantaggi che ques-to bruciatore può dare.

EN The fan-assisted semi-pre-mix tubular burner has extremely low CO and NOx emissions, is hy-perstoichiometric and can func-tion with limited excess air, thus offering high performance.It can operate with second and third family gas with the respec-tive gas injectors.The classic application for this type of burner is the floor stand-ing boiler with cast iron, steel or copper heat exchangers with vane packs (pool heaters, etc), where it can be mounted “in se-ries” as in traditional burners; on average, a “module” burner has a capacity of 60000 Btu/h (equal
to about 16 kW).
IT Il bruciatore tubolare semipre-mix, assistito da ventilatore, è un bruciatore iperstechiometrico a bassissime emissioni inquinanti di CO ed NOx in grado di funzio-nare con eccesso d’aria limitato a vantaggio di rendimenti molto elevati.Funziona con gas della seconda e terza famiglia con i rispettivi iniettori gas.L’applicazione classica per ques-ta tipologia di bruciatore è la caldaia a basamento con scam-biatori in ghisa, acciaio o in rame a pacco lamellare (pool heaters, ecc), nella quale può essere montato “in batteria”, come i bruciatori tradizionali; un modulo bruciatore mediamente ha una capacità di 60.000 Btu/h (pari a circa 16 kW).
