ZUMBA ANYONE????? We are still meeting every Sunday at 4:00 pm in the Social Hall for some fun exercise. Everyone is welcome and you do not need to know how to Zumba. There is no fee just fun fellowship. Come on out and join us! HOLY LAND The Holy Land class led by Jacki and Jim Ratledge will be continued on Sunday, March 17 at 10 AM in Heidtman Hall. We are skipping this coming Sunday so that we all might enjoy the UMW Spaghetti dinner! RAFTING TRIP The St. Mark rafting trip has been scheduled for July 26-28. Please see Dawn McMillan for more details. WOMEN OF JOY The June Smith Memorial Sunday school class will be traveling to Myrtle Beach May 3-5 for the Women of Joy Conference. If you would like more information, please see Dawn McMillan. Brochures are available in the narthex. MENS SOFTBALL If anyone is interested in playing men's softball, please get in touch with Brett O'Toole at 478-6262. IN APPRECIATION Linda Curry expresses her thanks to everyone for the prayers, cards, calls and memorials at the death of her mother. RED BIRD MISSION TRIP Those participating in the Red Bird Mission Trip (May 19-25) are reminded that the $100.00 deposit is due March 21. Currently, we have 8 people from St. Mark interested in this trip! If you are unable to go but would like to make a donation for those who are going, please make your check out to St. Mark UMC and indicate "Red Bird Mission Trip." The cost for each person going is $400.00. we will meet to talk about fundraising ideas on March 10 right after the 11:00 service. More information is available www.redbirdmission.org BACKPACK BUDDIES For M.C. Hersey Elementary Needed: preferably in pop-top cans, individual containers of soup, Pasta-protein single-serve meals such as Spaghetti-O's, canned tuna or chicken, Beanie Weenies - NO Vienna sausage, Pudding, Jell-o, fruit cups, applesauce, Instant oatmeal/grits, Cheese or peanut butter crackers, juice boxes, Monetary donations, volunteers to pack food each week & shop for food.
