OVERVIEW
Distribution and management of content through a secure cloud website to a mobile device document manager…continued.
Below we work through how to select a cloud storage folder and set it to sync with GoodReader. This enables documents to easily be transferred to the LOCAL device and allows for annotation, markup, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Open up the GoodReader app on the iPad
2. Continuing on, now we want to set up a FOLDER within Box.com to SYNC to GoodReader.
a. Select the desired connection service (xxxx ExecutiveRepts - Box.com) server. Then, Select the "FOLDER" that you want to sync - xxxx Board Materials. (Tip - tap the TEXT, not the arrow icon).
b. The “Download & Synchronize” dialog box will appear. Tap “Proceed”. Now, pick WHERE you want to download the FOLDER in GoodReader

c. Modify “Sync Parameters” by activating “Download only” sync. Tap Sync and you are done! Your content will appear in the FOLDER list
