Decanter GCE 345-01/71-02/32 Technical Data | Food and beverage industry

This decanter has been designed for the

food and beverage industry.

The machine is completely CIP-compat-

ible. The clarified liquid is discharged

under pressure by a centripetal pump. The

solids are discharged by gravity via a fun-

nel. The product connections are designed

according to DIN 11851. The machine is

driven by a frequency-controlled 3-phase

AC motor via V-belts.

A 2-gear drive is installed for automatic

torque measurement and differential

speed control.

The optional Westfalia Separator

wewatch system permits permanent

monitoring of bearing condition and

smooth rotation as a basis for targeted pre-

ventive main tenance. The cast iron frame

is varnished in RAL 6026, green.

All product-contacting parts are made of

stainless steel. FDA approved materials

are available for the seals.
