DALEEL PETROLEUM L.L.C (DALEEL) is hereby pleased to invite you to bid for the above tender in accordance with this letter of Invitation to Bid and the enclosed Invitation to Bid Document (ITBD). If your bid is accepted, a contract will be signed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated or referred to in the ITBD.

The ITBD is comprised:

1. SECTION A - LETTER OF INVITATION

2. SECTION B - INVITATION TO BID DOCUMENTRENTAL AGREEMENT

3. SECTION C - DRAFT CONTRACT FORM - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4. SECTION D ANNEXURE I - SCOPE OF WORKS ANNEXURE II - EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATION AND RATESANNEXURE III - QHSE

BIDDER shall be deemed to have fully understood the ITBD prior to submitting bids. Submission of the bids must be in accordance with the requirements as stated in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS of the ITBD and failure to comply with the said requirements will result in your bid being invalid.

The complete proposals (Technical and Commercial Proposals) may be submitted by registered mail, courier services or delivered by hand not later than 1200 hours on 9TH

October 2013 (the bid closing date) and remain valid for 120 days from Bid Closing date, addressed to:

BIDDER should specifically note that subsequent to the closing date, no alteration in tendered prices and rates would be permitted. Please also note that uninvited visits to our office to discuss about the above tender are not acceptable and all queries/correspondences should be by telex or telefax or otherwise in writing as set forth in INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.

BIDDER shall consider this letter of Invitation to Bid and enclosed ITBD confidential and the contents shall not be divulged to any person or persons not directly concerned with the preparation of the tender.
