Installing A New Release / Setting up a new Project

Sign On Screen

Any user can perform this function sign on.

Main Menu

Select BUILD PROJECT

Use the BROWSE and Select the correct KnowledgeBase release file.The file should start with KB-revnnnn…….. Where nnnn is a number.

If you do not yet have this file – it can be downloaded from the download.erapidsuite.com site

Ensure the correct Oracle release is selectedThen press OK

While processing a progress message appears

When complete this screen appearsClose the TAB

Select PROJECTS

- 8 -

Select the project just created

- 9 -

Copy the Project Name into the PROJECT DESCRIPTION [Support will need to know the Revision number of this project]Enter a Project Name that describes the projectIf required click the IS MY DEFAULT PROJECTPermissions have automatically been set for the creator of this projectAllocate other users permission as neededOnly one person can be the owner

SAVE when complete Click GO BACK TO THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT PAGEReturn to the MAIN MENU
