About Brahmand Solutions: We provide optimized Manufacturing solution which Includes Design, Prototyping, Manufacturing & Assembly. We have capabilities to undertake project related to Fixtures, Mold & Dies as per need of industry at best quality and yet at competitive cost. We are blend of young-experienced work force with positive attitude for solving problem and which makes us a perfect service provider to fulfill Client/Market demand within specified time, reasonable cost and Quality. We currently For Machining have CNC-VMC and Conventional Setup for machining along with quality vendor supplier base. For Design we have Unigraphics NX10*, Dassault’s DraftSight [Cad], WorkCad and WorkNC V22 for CAD-CAM support. We have and Follow process as per ISO 9001:2008.For Planning and Shop floor management we are Using ERP software Xtuple. We are having infrastructure for Assembly and instruments for Quality checking and assurance.

Fixture - Checking Fixture, Holding Fixture, Welding Fixture. Mold - Rubber and Plastic. Dies - Sheet Metal (Press Tool), Forging.
