    I. INTRODUCTION

    CONSIDERABLE activity has occurred in the devel-opment and application of probabilistic techniques forpower system reliability evaluation since the six previous bib-

    liographies were published in 1972, 1978, 1984, 1988, 1994,

    and 1999. Only those papers which were published before the

    end of 1999 have been included in this bibliography.
