(a) Ruth Naomi Sblwefi is entitled to 100% of the CBM royalties awarded under Case No. CL11-323, Opinion dated January 5, 2015. Said decision allows the Applicant and Designated Operatorto pay royalties directly to Ihe persons idenbfied in Exhibit EE annexed hereto and the annexedTable 1 specifies how said royalties are to be paid.
