Copper ground wire theft is a problem. Substitutes for pure copper wire are available but often require larger connections to maintain current capacity. Our “ 3/4” QuickNut” offers high current capacity due to its larger contact surface area and its 3/4” clamp fastener and its large capacity 1/2” ground wire bonding clip. QuickNuts make excellent ground connections and are economical and easy to install. Consider using QuickNuts on poles,cell towers or substation structures like tubing, beams or angles. QuickNuts are a quick and economical way to attach most anything to your structure including camouflage branches to cell towers.

Quick Step System makes installation of pole steps easier, quicker and more economical by freeing up highly skilled welders and their equipment for more productive tasks. The time consuming task of step location is eliminated by burning out the holes on the plasma table quickly and with computer accuracy. “QuickNuts” mount flush to the pole allowing for easy attachment of auxiliary equipment such as: lighting, communication equipment, phone and cable accessories, control boxes, brackets, cable shields etc. Taking only 10 seconds to install the Quick Step System save time and money and proper technique is learned quickly by employees. Conventions Steps Clip

Conventional welded step clips require much more skilled labor. Labor to tediously locating each step, mark and re-checking. Labor for welding clips, labor to clean welds and remove splatter and possible grinding. Consumable are higher: gas, wire and tips. Clips detract from the clean silhouette and requires two hands for step bolt installation. Welding clips requires a much higher skilled and experiences technician.
