We are looking for someone to join our Sales Team who can convey our passion for our beers to prospective premium customers and ultimately continue to grow the business. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager North, your role will be to manage the relationship with key accounts as directed. You will be responsible for delivering the volume and profit for a defined area, calling on customers new and existing. (This will take up approximately 80% of your time). To maximise your time and to ensure that you are targeting the ‘right’ customers, you will need to be well connected on your area. To do this, the rest of your time will be spent representing Timothy Taylor’s Brewery at industry events and tradeshows and growing your network with key route to market regional managers. Alongside this focus on growing with key multiple groups you will be servicing your existing customers and delivering excellent customer service, as well as value adding cask and cellar training to your customer base. Key Responsibilities:

Own a defined territory representing Timothy Taylor’s Brewery and grow sales across all routes to market (RTM) channels in the On Trade (Free Trade/Wholesale/Leased & Tenanted/Managed)

Be a key point of contact for RTM representatives, ensuring relationships are built, improved and capitalised upon. These will include: Wholesalers, Regional/National Brewers and Regional Managers from Pub Companies and Managed operators

Identify new opportunities arising in your territory and support existing customers to drive incremental sales

Train existing customers on keeping perfect cask ale Cellar training for customer employees Quality control (dealing with any reported ullage) Trouble shoot any dispense issues Organise & run ‘Taste of Taylor’s' events Represent Timothy Taylor’s at Trade Shows and industry events Potential to hold total responsibility for the management of agreed regional wholesalers Potential to take total responsibility for key multiple customers

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

Proven track record in field sales (In the drinks industry desirable) or senior management in an on trade

‘Taste of Taylor’s’ evening) essential Full clean driving licence essential Understanding of cask ale desirable Demonstrate a sales call process desirable Worked in the On-Trade in a pub/bar/restaurant desirable Prior cellar management experience desirable
