OCCF Collaborative Giving Days2018

OCCF’s goal is to continue to support Orange County nonprofits with the tools to host successful giving days. We have been thrilled with the efforts and results of our local nonprofits for ioc Giving Days with over $5M raised in two years!

To build the capacity of Orange County nonprofits, we have moved toward a new collaborative model. This model will allow nonprofits to use the tools and skills that we’ve taught through past giving days, with still more training opportunities to come. OCCF will provide seed funding for up to 12 giving days per year for branding and marketing support. In order to participate in a funded giving day, your organization must have a current profile on OC Nonprofit Central.

How to get involved:

Partner with at least three nonprofits focused on similar interests or geographies Identify one lead organization Designate a steering committee of three individuals representing the partner organizations to lead

planning efforts Complete a Letter of Intent (LOI) and return it to OCCF by emailing it to Carol Ferguson at

cferguson@oc-cf.org OCCF will accept LOI’s on a rolling basis every quarter (first deadline: March 1) OCCF will respond to LOI within two weeks of request
