Section 1 Outcomes for Pupils To raise the attainment and achievement of all pupils Priority 1 – Greater Depth Increase the number of pupils who are reaching higher levels in writing, closing the gap between disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged children. Priority 2 - Writing Increase the number of children achieving expected levels in writing. Priority 3: Pogress Progress is at least in line with national expectations with SEND, disadvantaged and most able children making good progress from their starting points. Priority 4: Combined Increase the number of children reaching age related in reading, writing and maths Section 2 Effectiveness of Leadership and management Ensure that we have a culture and high expectations that enable our children and staff excel. Priority 1: Deliver the School to School support High school Improvement plan to develop quality transition partnerships to improve KS3 reading standards and engagement so that all high school teachers are teachers of reading and outcomes in all subjects are improved. Priority 2: Implement the Trusts strategic plan to develop a consistent approach to standardisation and alignment across both schools. Priority 3: Develop a consistent role of threshold teachers across the trust with clear expectations of their role. Priority 4: Develop subject leaders skills to enable them to articulate their own educational vision and use this to inform curriculum design, subject enrichment and subject-level interventions designed to raise achievement. Priority 5: Maintain an outstanding Early Years provision .
